The 350 GTS in General

The Moto Guzzi (and Benelli) 4cylinder series was launched in 1973, after the willingness of both companies owner De Tomaso for such a series of models and a rather short development period of 2 years. The engine was built at Mandello, where it had been designed.
Initially with front drum, in the course of its production it was upgraded to front disc brake, and later the engine capacity was increased to 400 cc.
The smaller 254 launched a little later is the first production quarter litre 4cylinder globally.

A few words about the motorcycle on sale

It is in 100% original and fully functional condition, a combination rare for its age. It is probably the only working sample in Greece, and has very low mileage, about 15,000 km, which is also evident at its peripherals.
The engine is the bike's dominant characteristic, with the unique sound of its 4 exhausts and 4 Dell'Orto, but also with its very smooth operation. The weight may be 200 kg (a point of criticism when introduced), but is "invisible".
It doesn't need any repair or service, and is a very nice solution for a ride of any length or participation in a classic rally, being overall a very pleasant ride.

It is registered and has historic vehicle number plates.
